Whilst there have been a lot of dual stick shooters on XBLIG recently, the fast pace and multiple modes make Ikaroids one of the most promising. Ikaroids is currently in peer review and will be available soon for 240 points. You can find out more information at Iron Star Media.

Executive Iguana Studios latest release ‘Runic’, a match 3 puzzle game featuring 35 levels as well as co-operative and competitive multiplayer modes. Runic is currently in peer review so should be available very soon. You can find out more about Runic at the Executive Iguana Studios website.

This dual stick shooter is currently in peer review so should be hitting XBLIGs soon.  I really like the artstyle and it seems to set itself apart from the multitide of Geometry Wars-like games.

JForce: UNSTOPPABLE – Shooter – More Info

Yes it’s another twin stick shooter but this one looks rather good and a lot more than just another Geometry Wars clone.

Kickers – Sports

Tihis football game takes some inspiration from Mario Strikers. It also allows you to play as your avatar. With 3 vs. 3 online play promised this could be a great game.

Battle Beat – Strategy-Rhythm Hybrid – More Info

This Strategy-Rhythm hybrid game comes from the developer of Tank Strike (which recently was reduced to 80 points). I really like the artstyle and the gameplay looks interesting.
