Xona Games, creators of the fantastic looking Duality ZF, are releasing another game whilst work to possibly get Duality ZF released on XBLA continues. The game is called Decimation X and seems to be a cross between Space Invaders and a bullet hell shooter. As always from Xona Games, this looks fantastic.
Decimation X should be available later this week for 80 points.
Whilst there have been a lot of dual stick shooters on XBLIG recently, the fast pace and multiple modes make Ikaroids one of the most promising. Ikaroids is currently in peer review and will be available soon for 240 points. You can find out more information at Iron Star Media.

This dual stick shooter is currently in peer review so should be hitting XBLIGs soon. I really like the artstyle and it seems to set itself apart from the multitide of Geometry Wars-like games.
